The Cap'n and the Cowboy is a Charlotte County Landmark! Established in 1988, it was recently remodeled interiorly courtesy of Food Network's popular show, Restaurant: Impossible in July 2011.

Nick Scaringella, owner and Chef, is a first generation Italian American giving his steak and seafood restaurant an authentic Mediterranean twist.

Nick, only 31 years of age started working at the Cap'n and the Cowboy at the tender age of 14 and purchased the restaurant in July of 2007 from the original owners.

We are proud to offer you a carefully crafted menu with the most fresh and fine ingredients. We believe you will fall in love with our establishment.
